    Glenn Williamson

    Glenn Williamson has more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and executive level experience, primarily in the financial and operational aspects of companies.

    Specializing in accessing the Canadian capital markets for global investments, Mr. Williamson is Chairman of EPCOR Water USA, the largest private water utility in Arizona, a subsidiary of EPCOR Utilities, headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, with operations in Canada and the U.S.

    Mr. Williamson is the founder and CEO of the Canada Arizona Business Council, a private sector group sanctioned by the Canadian Government and the State of Arizona to work on increasing bilateral trade and foreign direct investment between Canada and Arizona. On February 10, 2014, Mr. Williamson was appointed Honorary Consul for Canada for Arizona.

    Buchanan Davis

    Natural Resources Policy Advisor
    Buchanan Davis is a lifelong Arizonan, raised in the small town of Clay Springs located in the White Mountains. He currently resides in the San Tan Valley area with his wife Ariann, and 4 children. Before joining Governor Ducey's Office as the Natural Resource Policy Advisor, Buchanan worked for the University of Arizona as the Senior Director for Municipal and County Strategic Initiatives. He has a strong background in community and government relations as well as extensive policy experience on issues of forestry, energy, agriculture, environment and water. Buchanan was US Senator Jeff Flake’s State Director where he oversaw all state operations, including outreach and constituent service activities and worked on policy affecting greater Arizona. He spends any free time fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, chopping wood and driving dirt roads. Governor Ducey recently appointed Buchanan to sit on the newly constituted Water Infrastructure Finance Authority (WIFA) Board; tasked with securing and developing new water sources for the State. He also sits on various other boards and commissions including the AZ Commission on Appellate Court Appointments and the Pinal County Planning and Zoning Commission. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University and later a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University.

    Travis Snider

    VP Sustainability and External Relations
    Travis Snider is an Arizona-based mining executive with over 20 years of broad industry experience in exploration, production, permitting, development, and consulting for mining companies. Mr. Snider has been involved in a number of sustainability and efficiency projects at mining companies which has resulted in several operations moving to renewable energy sources to power mining operations. Most recently he was the Mining Project Manager at Engineering & Environmental Consultants. Previously, Mr. Snider has served as a Director for Alliance Mining Corporation, Elm Tree Minerals, and was on the Board for the Arizona Mining Association. He has also worked for Phelps Dodge Mining Corporation and served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Sierra Resource Group Inc. in restarting operations at the Emerald Isle Mine in Arizona. Mr. Snider also was Vice President of Mining and Oil Operations for the engineering firm, Wilcox Professional Services. Wilcox specialized in EPC services for large industrial projects and specialized in exploration drilling. Along with Wilcox Mr. Snider has worked for several other large engineering and environmental firms, including NV5, Kleinfelder and Mactec. Whilst at Mactec, he developed renewable energy projects for mining companies to utilize their lands for energy development.

    Mr. Snider holds Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry from Arizona State University and is part of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy, and Exploration and the Chemical Heritage Foundation.

    Steve Trussell

    Executive Director, Arizona Mining Association and Arizona Rock Products Association
    Steve Trussell became the Executive Director of the Arizona Rock Products Association (ARPA) in 2007. He is responsible for the promotion and preservation of the sustainability of the rock & construction materials industry through active involvement in the community relations, regulatory, and political processes. For the last three years the Association has worked on regulatory reform and transparency legislation that will prove to be of tremendous benefit to all business sectors.

    Steve serves on several Boards and Committees including the Technical Advisory Board for the Center of Environmentally Sustainable Mining, Air Quality Technical Advisory Committee and the State Aggregate Association Executives to name a few. Steve previously served ARPA as the Community Relations Director for five years prior to his appointment as Director by the ARPA Board of Directors.
