    First Mining Gold's CEO and Director, Dan Wilton and Treasury Metals President & CEO, Jeremy Wyeth, will discuss the accelerating development of the Goliath Gold Complex - 60,000 m drill program underway, advanced permitting status, moving toward PFS - and the distribution of Treasury Metals Shares to First Mining Shareholders.

    First Mining is a Canadian gold developer focused on the development and permitting of the Springpole Gold Project in northwestern Ontario. Springpole is one of the largest undeveloped gold projects in Canada. The results of a positive Pre-Feasibility Study for the Springpole Gold Project were announced by First Mining in January 2021, and permitting activities are on-going with submission of an Environmental Impact Statement for the project targeted for 2021. The Company also holds a large equity position in Treasury Metals Inc. who are advancing the Goliath-Goldlund gold projects towards construction. First Mining’s portfolio of gold projects in eastern Canada also includes the Pickle Crow (being advanced in partnership with Auteco Minerals Ltd.), Cameron, Hope Brook, Duparquet, Duquesne, and Pitt gold projects.

    Jeremy Wyeth

    President & CEO
    Mr. Wyeth brings more than 35 years of diverse international experience in the mining industry to his role as President & CEO of Treasury Metals. Most recently, Mr. Wyeth was Operations Director at a large engineering company, where he led the Oakville office with a strong focus on both local and international projects. During his tenure, he built a strong team that grew the business, seeing the office more than double in size in the last few years and with continued growth planned into the first quarter of 2021. Mr. Wyeth started his career with De Beers, and worked on mines around the world in Canada, Russia, Brazil and South Africa. With De Beers, he moved to Canada to lead the development, construction, commissioning and ramp up of the Victor Diamond Mine in Northern Ontario. He took the Victor project from pre-feasibility study to nameplate capacity. The Victor Project had a capital budget of $1 billion and under Mr. Wyeth’s leadership, it was completed 9 months ahead of schedule and under budget.

    Orin Baranowsky

    Chief Financial Officer of Treasury Metals
    Mr. Baranowsky brings more than 20 years of finance and capital markets experience to his role as CFO of Treasury Metals. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer for Blue Thunder Mining Inc., a Canadian-focused minerals exploration company. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Stornoway Diamond Corporation, where he led the finance, accounting, corporate development, investor relations and IT functions, and was instrumental in helping raise more than $1 billion for the construction of the Renard Diamond Mine in Québec. In addition, he previously served as Vice President of Investor Relations for CB Gold Inc., and spent more than 10 years as an Equities Research Analyst for BMO Capital Markets. Mr. Baranowsky holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and is a CFA Charterholder.

    Dan Wilton

    CEO and Director at First Mining Gold
    Dan Wilton has 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was most recently a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management.

    Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan’s previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc.; Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England; and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York.

    Dan currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Providence Health Care in Vancouver, Canada. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.
