    Terry Lynch

    Founder of Save Canadian Mining
    Terry is the CEO of Chilean Metals Inc. and a Co-Founder and Director of Cardiol Therapeutics.

    Mr. Lynch has had almost 30 years experience in sales, marketing, business start-ups and turnarounds. He has taken three companies public and been involved with several private to public merger transactions. His objective is to use his experience, network and capital to help small to medium size companies grow to the next level.

    Keith Neumeyer

    President & CEO of First Majestic Silver Corp.
    Mr. Neumeyer has worked in the investment community since 1984. He began his career at several Canadian national brokerage firms, then moved on to several publicly-traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible for finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring.

    Mr. Neumeyer was the original and founding President of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. (T-FM). He also founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Gold in 2015. Mr. Neumeyer has listed a number of companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange and, as such, has extensive experience dealing with the financial, regulatory, legal and accounting issues that are relevant in the investment community.

    In 2011, Mr. Neumeyer won the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Metals & Mining category.

    Sean Roosen

    Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko Gold Royalties
    Mr. Sean Roosen is the Chair of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Osisko Gold Royalties. He was a founding member of Osisko Mining Corporation (2003-2014) and EurAsia Holding AG, a European venture capital fund.

    Mr. Roosen has over 30 years of progressive experience in the mining industry. As Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Osisko Mining Corporation, he was responsible for developing the strategic plan for the discovery, financing and development of the Canadian Malartic Mine. He also led the efforts to maximize shareholders’ value in the sale of Osisko Mining Corporation, which resulted in the creation of Osisko Gold Royalties.

    Mr. Roosen is an active participant in the resource sector and in the formation of new companies to explore mineral deposits both in Canada and internationally. He serves on the board of directors of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd., Osisko Mining Inc. and Victoria Gold Corp. – companies that are part of Osisko’s incubator model. Several organizations have recognized his entrepreneurial successes and his leadership in innovative sustainability practices.

    Mr. Roosen is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines.

    Brian Bosse, CFA

    Vice-President at Murenbeeld & Co.
    Brian began investing as a floor trader on the Toronto Stock Exchange in 1995. During the 1997-2003 technology boom and bust, he was a successful proprietary trader for Dundee Corporation. In 2003, Brian resigned from Dundee to begin investing in and rehabilitating troubled investment dealers. Société Générale’s Canadian Newedge division recruited Brian to build an institutional trading business in Canadian Equities. In late 2012, Ned Goodman, as CEO of Dundee Corporation, asked Brian to return as Founding Portfolio Manager for the Goodman Bluespring Fund.

    In 2016, Brian co-founded Murenbeeld & Co., where he continues to be an integral part of building models and indices such as equity market valuation models and the Mining Finance Window Index.

    Brian holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and an Honours degree in Economics from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada.
