During his time in the industry, Mr. Eldridge has been responsible for raising in excess of $500 million in combined equity and debt financing for mining projects varying from exploration to construction financing around the globe.

He has held various executive roles and board positions in the junior mining industry over the last 12 years.

Mr. Eldridge has a B.B.A. from Capilano University in Vancouver Canada, and an M.B.A. from Central European University in Budapest Hungary.

Focused on marketing, investor communications and raising capital for TSX Venture exchange-listed resource and technology companies over the past 15 years. Co-led with CEOs financings of more than $100 million on the TSX-V. Former securities trader on Canadian equities markets with Canadian Securities Course designation, and graduate of Journalism from VCC-Langara.
