    Don Macdonald

    President & CEO
    Mr. MacDonald has over 30 years’ experience in mine development, operation and financing. He has been involved in the development and/or operation of over 20 mines in North and South America, and completion of multiple mine financings. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA, with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering from Oxford University.

    He was formerly CFO and Acting CEO at KGHM International (formerly Quadra FNX Mining), and prior to that served as CFO of NovaGold, De Beers Canada Mining and Dayton Mining. He is a director of the Mining Association of Canada, and the NWT and Nunavut Chamber of Mines.

    Robin Goad

    President and CEO
    Robin Goad is a Professional Geologist (Northwest Territories and Ontario) with more than forty years of experience in the mining and mineral exploration industries in Canada and internationally and more than 30 years senior management experience in public and private resource companies. Robin Goad is President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of TSX listed Fortune Minerals Limited. He leads Fortune’s senior management team in planning, developing and executing corporate strategy, corporate governance and regulatory compliance, and supervises the Company’s mining operations and exploration and development activities. He led the discovery, delineation, engineering, feasibility and planned development of the vertically integrated NICO Cobalt-Gold-Bismuth-Copper development asset in the Northwest Territories and a related hydrometallurgical refinery in southern Canada. He also led the mining and development activities for Fortune for the Sue-Dianne copper-silver-gold deposit in the NWT, Revenue Silver Mine in Colorado, Mount Klappan anthracite coal project and related railway and port infrastructure in British Columbia, and Formosa chemical limestone project and Brookbank gold deposit in Ontario. Robin’s has also worked on a number of other specialty precious and base metal and industrial mineral projects in Canada and internationally.

    Geoff Atkins

    Managing Director
    Mr Atkins is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of project and corporate development experience across commercial, industrial, mining and infrastructure sectors with responsibility for driving projects from concept, through feasibility and development to operational assets.
    Mr Atkins is the current Managing Director of Cheetah. Other recent roles include Corporate Planning Manager at Lynas Corporation where he oversaw development and implementation of the corporate strategic planning process. This included the management and governance of the following capital works and business development programs: Mt Weld Rare Earth Mine and Concentration Plant; Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (LAMP): Kuantan, Malaysia; Kangankunde Rare Earth Project: Malawi; and Crown Polymetallic Deposit.

    Keyvan Salehi

    President & CEO
    Keyvan Salehi has over 20 years of industry experience having held various senior roles in operations, projects, and corporate development. Prior to joining Nighthawk, Mr. Salehi served as the Vice President of Corporate Development and Technical Services with Mountain Province Diamonds, where he was responsible for providing operational and technical oversight for their jointly owned 12,000 tonnes per day diamond mine in the Northwest Territories, introducing mine optimization initiatives to increase production and reduce costs. Mr. Salehi also served as VP of Corporate Development and Technical Services for Kirkland Lake Gold (2016-2017), where he led the Company’s due diligence team behind the $2.4B merger with Newmarket Gold. He held the same position at St. Andrew Goldfields (2013-2016), where he spearheaded the Company’s sale process culminating in the sale to Kirkland Lake Gold in 2016. Prior to those roles, he held various operating positions with Lake Shore Gold, FNX Mining, and Vale (2002 – 2013). Mr. Salehi holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences, Mineral Engineering from the University of Toronto and an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Schulich School of Management.

    David Suda

    President, Chief Executive Officer & Director
    Mr. Suda is a financial services professional with 11 years of experience in capital markets including sales and trading, investment banking, marketing and corporate strategy. He joined Gold Terra in June 2018.
    Prior to joining Gold Terra, Mr. Suda was Managing Director at Beacon Securities Limited for four years heading up the institutional trading desk. He also worked at Paradigm Capital for just under six years in resource-focused equity trading. Mr. Suda started his career at RA Chisholm as a commodity trader.
    During his professional career in the financial services, Mr. Suda developed extensive networks that enable him to support companies of differing sizes and across industries to cost-efficiently raise capital, build and manage teams and develop communications strategies that create enhanced market awareness. Mr. Suda holds a Bachelor in Environmental Studies from York University.

    Jeff Hussey

    Jeff Hussey, Geo. is a consulting geologist with 32 years of experience in the mining industry, having worked in both open pit and underground mine operations and more recently, working on exploration and mine development projects.

    Operating experience includes increasingly senior roles at Brunswick No. 12 (Pb, Zu, Cu, Ag), Gaspé Copper (Cu) and Antamina’s (Cu, Zn, Pb, Ag, Mo) start-up in Peru. In 2002, he worked as Senior Scientist with the Mining Technology Group at the Noranda Technology Center.Responsibilities at Raglan included General Foreman of open pit operations, site services, and water treatment, as well as leading optimization projects in the Concentrator and Site Services Departments.

    Between 2007-17, Jeff Hussey and Associates Inc. supported junior companies in Exploration Mining Geo-Metallurgy as well as corporate development including Champion Iron Mines, Focus Graphite, Starcore International in Mexico, and Puma Exploration amongst others.
