First Mining Gold (First Mining) has commenced a feasibility study at the Springpole project, where permitting activities are ongoing, with a draft environmental impact statement for the project, published in June 2022 and is available on the company's Environmental Assessment portal. First Mining also acquired a 100% interest in the Duparquet Gold Project in September 2022 and is developing plans to advance the project along with its nearby Duquesne and Pitt projects in Quebec. First Mining is the largest shareholder of Treasury Metals, which is advancing the Goliath Gold Complex in Ontario. First Mining also has active partnerships with operators advancing other Canadian projects, including the Pickle Crow Gold Project (Auteco Minerals) and Hope Brook Gold Project (Big Ridge Gold). In addition, First Mining owns a growing strategic royalty portfolio along with the Cameron Gold Project in Ontario.

Dan WiltonCEO & Director of First Mining GoldDan Wilton has 25 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining sector, having executed as principal or advised on more than $10 billion of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures and more than $1 billion of financings. Dan was most recently a Partner at Pacific Road Capital Management, a mining-focused private equity investment firm with approximately $800 million under management.
Prior to joining Pacific Road, Dan’s previous roles included Managing Director and Head of the Global Mining and Metals Group at National Bank Financial Inc.; Managing Director in Business Development at General Electric based in London, England; and other corporate finance and M&A roles at global financial institutions based in Toronto and New York.
Dan currently serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Providence Health Care in Vancouver, Canada. Dan holds a B.Comm (First Class Honours) from Queen's University and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD in France.
Keith NeumeyerChairman of First Mining GoldKeith Neumeyer founded First Majestic Silver in 2002 and First Mining Gold in 2015. First Majestic grew from a start-up company to one of the world’s largest silver producers with a market cap of US$4BN+.
Mr. Neumeyer has worked in the investment community since 1984. He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Mr. Neumeyer moved on to work with several publicly traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring. Mr. Keith Neumeyer who has an unparalleled track record which includes creating two world-class mining companies: First Quantum Minerals Ltd. which has now grown into one of the world's largest copper producers, and First Majestic Silver Corp. which is one of the largest silver producers in the world.
