    Rock Bashala Kubindia is the Coordinator of the Business Climate Unit of the Presidency of the Republic. He heads this Unit which is a technical service at the disposal of the President of the Republic and whose main mission is to study, analyse, evaluate, make proposals and initiatives relating to the improvement of the economic environment and the business climate in the Democratic Republic of Congo.     Arlette Mboyo Rutaha

    Co-Founder and Managing Partner at AKILI Consulting
    She is known in the Congolese private sector for its proven expertise in various fields including banking, insurance, mining, FMCG, hydrocarbons, transportation and logistics. Her dynamism combined with her in-depth knowledge of the market has allowed her to become a pioneer in the economic recovery of the Democratic Republic of Congo in the above-mentioned key sectors. Currently, she is co-founder and Managing Director of AKILI Consulting, a firm specialized in the management of operational and regulatory risks related to import and export activities in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Arlette is also a non-executive director of various mining subcontractors companies. In addition, she is the co-founder of Forge Assurances, a company that offers insurance brokerage services.
    She obtained a Master's degree from Dublin Institute of Technology where she specialized in Corporate Finance, Banking Law and Securities Law. She is often solicited to present studies or speak about her field in conferences, high level workshops on the national and international level, notably the Congolese Federation of Enterprises (FEC), the Ministry of Mines, as well as other institutions both public and private. As part of her participation in building prosperous communities, Arlette runs an NGO called "Blessed to Bless" which defends the rights of underprivileged populations including young mothers, victims of gender-based violence and other marginalized social strata.

    Prudence Djamboleka

    Founder and Director of Group Stella
    Born in Kinshasa, Prudence was raised in Canada, attended Laurentian University as is a committed to delivering DRC’s potential through private sector excellence – having since returned to the DRC permanently. Her achievements are reflected in the establishment of Stella Group, a corporate member of the Canada-Africa Chamber of Business. Prudence is a founder and director of the DRC Outsourcing SME Fair in the DRC’s province of Lualaba, the world capital of cobalt.
